At Pawtrips, we offer a variety of services tailored to meet your dog’s exercise, care, and transportation needs. Whether your pup enjoys a long outdoor adventure or a quick stroll around the neighborhood, we’ve got you covered! Below is a breakdown of our services and pricing:

Bus Ride Requirements
- Harness: All dogs must wear a harness with a back attachment for safe buckling. Leashes are not needed to avoid mix-ups.
- Off-Leash and Recall: Dogs are only off leash at our outdoor fenced facility and our indoor facility. It is recommended that your dog is comfortable off-leash.
- Socialization: Your dog must be well-socialized and get along with other dogs.
- Vaccinations & Preventives: All core vaccinations must be up to date. We also strongly recommend flea, tick, and heartworm preventives.
Weather Advisory (November–March): The shuttle service is weather-dependent during winter, and last-minute cancellations may occur due to conditions.
Will My Dog Get Dirty? Since we operate an outdoor, all-weather daycare, it’s very likely your dog will get dirty. Our outdoor facility is within mother natures boundaries so there is always a chance they get a little dirty While we try to minimize the mess, if you prefer your dog stays clean, PawTrips Bus may not be the best fit. If your dog gets extremely muddy, we’ll give them a quick hose-off and towel dry, but there’s no guarantee they’ll come home spotless.

Outdoor Fenced Facility – Private property with lots of space for pups to run around and get their zoomies out!
Outdoor Trails – We explore a variety of trails throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, giving your pup the chance to burn energy and enjoy plenty of sniffing along the way! Dogs will be on leash for all trail walks.
Indoor Facility – On days when the weather’s less than ideal—whether it’s freezing, raining, too hot, or just plain messy outside—we’ll keep your pup comfortable and active indoors! Our indoor facility days offer a safe, climate-controlled space where dogs can play, socialize, and exercise without worrying about the elements.
Day trips are rotated so dogs don’t get bored and are weather dependent
Benefits
GPS Trackers – To keep your dog safe, each pup is equipped with an GPS tracker during their time with us. This helps give you peace of mind on every adventure.
Updates – Throughout the day you’ll be sent photos and videos updates of your pup.

Pick-ups – 8:00 am – 9:30 am
Play Time – 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
Drop-offs – 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Timeframes
The pick-up and drop-off windows are intentionally flexible to accommodate variables such as weather, traffic conditions, and route adjustments. Exact timing will vary day to day.
While you can request a specific time, it’s not “paws-itively” guaranteed, as road conditions and the number of pups scheduled may affect timing.
Pickup and Drop-off Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and efficient pickup and drop-off experience, please note the following guidelines:
Quick Access Required: We aim for quick in-and-out home access, so homes with ample parking or easy street access are ideal for us to safely and efficiently collect your pup.
Home Sweet Home Access
If you’re not home when we arrive, no worries! We’ll need access to your home, garage, or backyard. You can “paw-vid” us with a pin code or key details on your account.
Pup-Date Alerts
We’ll send you a “pup-date” with a picture when your furry friend is picked up for their PawTrip or safely returned home, so you know they’re in good paws!
Booking Notice
To ensure smooth “paw-scheduling,” please give us 72 hours’ notice to arrange your trip. While you can try to book same-day, there’s no “fur-tantee” we’ll have room for your pup’s adventure.
Bus Excursion/Adventure
Treat your dog to a fun, enriching day with PawTrips. Our daycare experience focuses on safe, structured group play in carefully selected indoor and outdoor environments. Depending on the day, your dog may enjoy time indoors, outdoors, or a mix of both. With door-to-door pick-up and drop-off, it’s a seamless and engaging experience built around socialization and play.

Weekly Subscriptions
Stay consistent with our weekly subscriptions! This option is perfect for pet parents who want a guaranteed spot on the bus each week. Subscriptions are billed weekly and secure your dog’s place on their scheduled adventures, making planning simple and stress-free. You can pause anytime when needed, giving you flexibility while keeping your routine.

Save with our ride packages! These are a great option for busy pet parents who want to schedule regular bus adventures for their dogs. Packages work like credits that never expire, giving you the flexibility to book rides whenever it suits you.
